Imago Story
New to Imago? This four week class introduces you to our church and gives you a little bit of our story and the story we find ourselves in. It’s a great place to ask the pastor some questions and find out what makes Imago Dei tick.

Islam & Christianity: Debunking Myths & Creating Bridges
This class will have a dual focus: First, we will look at Islam’s history, formation and basic beliefs. Secondly, we will address the many misconceptions the two religions have of one another in order to know how to address these misconceptions. Once we have addressed these misconceptions, we will seek to find the common ground between Islam and Christianity and the high position of Jesus in our own lives in order to know how to engage in open dialogue about Jesus with our Muslim cousins.

Closing the Gap
If you’ve been going to church for any length of time, you have heard on numerous occasions that we should think and act like Christians. The Apostle Peter says it this way, “But now you must be holy in everything you do, just as God who chose you is holy.” This class begins to answer the “how” question. How do we follow Christ, sin less, love more, and live a holy life? Come join me as we’ll explore an ancient trail traveled by many seasoned saints who have closed the gap between knowing about Jesus and becoming more like Jesus.
Teacher: John Bussone
Length: 7 Weeks + 1 day retreat on March 24
Required Resources:

Class Size: Min. 4, Max. 10
Demystifying Paul
Many of us read Paul’s epistles as a collection of one liners and have a difficulty understanding the letters as a whole. If we take a new perspective on his underlying points we can see a new and exciting way to understand these letters that can have a dramatic impact on how we see ourselves as the people of God.
